Happy Tuesday!! I can’t believe that the 2014 wedding season has come to a close, but that means 2015 brides are getting engaged! In honor of engagement season I’ll be sharing some of my favorite engagement sessions I have photographed in the past. This lovely couple wed last year in Gloucester and they just had their first baby! This session took place at Arnold Arboretum which was a significant place to the couple. I love the fall colors and of course the beautiful light!
It’s here, it’s finally here!! A unique take to the traditional wedding album!
After photographing Melanie & Rob’s Ocean House Wedding I had a vision of her using her beautiful beaded belt and the lace from her wedding gown as her album cover. I was so excited when she said “YES!” to the idea. This album is now extra special as it’s wrapped in the same outfit the bride was wearing on her special day. It brings me great joy to be able to offer such unique products.
This is the 12×12 Modern Flushmount Album from the Jaclyn L Signature Product line. Our albums are completely handmade allowing you to be as creative and as custom as you’d like!
I hope you had a very Happy Thanksgiving! Today I bring you Angela & Greg’s Lyman Estate Wedding! The day was windy and brisk but we were so lucky to have the most beautiful afternoon sun light to work with.
There were so many wonderful moments and things that made this wedding unbelievable but there were two things in particular that stood out to me. The first being Angela’s wedding gown. She wore her mother’s wedding gown which was slightly altered to make the shoulder cape into capped sleeves and she wore her grandmothers veil. I couldn’t believe it was over 70 years old and had been worn by all the ladies in the family. What a great tradition! Angela looked stunning! A few other personal touches were the rings and the cake. The rings were family heirlooms passed down and the cake was made by the Angela! Not only did it look fantastic but it was delicious.
The second being Greg and Angela’s pup, Izzy, also played a very major part in the wedding. She wore lace capped sleeves which were made from Angela’s mother’s wedding gown accessorized with a beautiful wreath of flowers and greens. She escorted Greg down the aisle as well as gave her blessing during the vows. It was adorable.
Angela and Greg congratulations!
